Jo koy is a 52 year old stand up comedian who has done stand up comedy for 30 years. He started doing stand up comedy back in 1994 in Los Angeles which was his first ever stand up comedy show. Years later Jo koy had been given the biggest opportunity to host at the famous Golden Globes with thousands of celebrities including some of the cast members of the ‘Barbie’ movie. Further into the Golden Globes Jo Koy had made a very disappointing joke towards the famous artist that we all know, Taylor Swift. Joy Koy made a joke about the difference between the NFL and The Golden Globes. “The big difference between the golden globes and NFL, on the golden globes we have fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift” this joke had caught the attention of Taylor, and many others, even the actress Emma Stone. Emma had replied to Jo Koy's horrible joke saying “what an a**hole am i right?” defending Taylor Swift after knowing her for years.
Joy Koy also made a very disrespectful and inappropriate joke about the movie ‘Barbie’ after saying he watched the movie himself comparing the differences between “Barbie'' and “Oppenheimer.” which gave several shocked reactions of the “Barbie'' cast due to the inappropriateness. “Oppenheimer is based on 721 page prize winning book about the manhattan project and barbie is on a plastic doll with big b****.” Jo koy had used the excuse of only having 10 days for him and his team to write something while with another excuse that it's a different vibe hosting at the Golden Globes than hosting anywhere else. Many people thought that wasn't a good enough excuse to write offensive jokes.
