Harding Music Winds Down Another Successful Season

The show choir competitions have been amazing this year. Singers have been to the following competitions: Beavercreek, Lebanon(IN), Findlay, Olentangy, Alliance, and Treaty Valley.


Singers Xtreme won the grand championship in Lebanon. Rufus won the best combo at multiple competitions. Singers placed at the top spot at many competitions. Harding once again successfully hosted the singsational competition.


Students to be spotted around Harding:


The following students won solo awards throughout the season: Asa Deeren, Avery Petrie, Carter Rawlins, Brody Cahill, Zane Menzie.

Best performers in the show choir competitions: Brady Wink, Mateusz Lisiecki, Asa Deeren, Katie Shoaf, Meleah Tway, Evan Birt, Zane Menzie, Ryleigh Tillman.

Dance captains- Asa Deeren, Zane Menzie, Mateusz Lisiecki, Avery Petrie, Katie Shoaf, Aubrey Boehm. President Avery Petrie and vice president is Zane menzie.

Extreme dance captains- Asa Deeren, Zane Menzie, Mateusz Lisiecki.

The band is doing really well this year; they received a I rating at the OMEA district contest.


The choirs this year had three concerts–one in the fall, one in the winter, and the last one is Sunday April 24th at 3pm.. The spring concert will represent Freshmen Choir, Pop Choir, AP Music Theory, Concert Choir, Singers, Symphonic Chorale.
