This month’s club spotlight is book club. Book club is run by Mrs. Foreman and is held in the Help Center/library. Every month, students in the club get to pick a book that gets placed on an order for the school to buy. Each month, it alternates between whether the book is for the students to keep or to be added to the library.
During the meetings, students also discuss their books with each other. The school pays for the book orders, with the main restriction being that the books selected have to be paperback copies, not hardcover.
One member of the club says “It’s a fun club” that lets students have access to books that they think should be added to the library or that they want to keep for no charge to them. To join the club, speak to Mrs. Foreman or just show up to a meeting. Book club meets every Wednesday during HQ.

Key Club meets Tuesdays after school, 2:30-3:00 (TRIO)
Art Club meets Wednesdays after school, 2:30-3:30 (room 242)

French Club meets Wednesdays after school, 2:30-3:30 (room 225)
Robotics meets Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays after school, 2:30-4:00 (room 3)
